Manoj leads ACE Fitouts as Founder and CEO, guiding the company’s overall vision, strategic direction, and growth. He brings a long-term entrepreneurial perspective to how the business is structured, how partnerships are built, and how projects are delivered on the ground.
With over 30 years of experience in the retail and construction sectors, Manoj has spent his career building, operating, and supporting businesses at the intersection of retail, fit-out, and fabrication. His background in developing retail concepts and collaborating with contractors and fabrication partners gives him a deep understanding of how commercial spaces must perform for both brands and end customers.
Prior to ACE Fitouts, Manoj successfully led and invested in multiple ventures across retail and construction-related fields, developing a strong network of industry relationships and a reputation for reliable delivery. This experience has shaped his approach to positioning ACE
Fitouts as a platform that combines hands-on practicality with strategic, long-term thinking. In 2026, following the acquisition of a specialist joinery operation, Manoj began building ACE Fitouts into a focused interior fit-out and fabrication partner with in-house capability, tighter quality control, and improved delivery reliability.

Harsh V. Bhatia
Harsh leads ACE Fitouts as Managing Director, overseeing the company’s strategic direction, business development, and operational execution across projects. He combines strong commercial leadership with operational discipline and a deep technical understanding of interior fit-out delivery.
With over 10 years of experience in business management, strategy, and project execution, Harsh brings a results-driven approach to building client partnerships and delivering high-quality commercial environments. His ability to bridge commercial objectives with design, engineering, and construction execution ensures that projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.
Prior to ACE Fitouts, Harsh held a leadership role at Oilfield & Technical Supplies Centre (OTSC) in Bahrain, where he gained extensive regional experience managing complex operations, developing strategic client relationships, and delivering large-scale projects across multiple industries.
Harsh holds a degree in Economics with a minor in Architecture and an MBA, providing him with a unique perspective that combines business strategy with an understanding of design and built environments.

Malvika Khiara Mehta
Malvika leads ACE Fitouts as Managing Director, overseeing sales, client relations, and brand-led project strategy. She combines a strong understanding of brand building with a practical approach to delivering custom interior solutions that reflect each client’s identity and commercial objectives.
With over 10 years of experience in marketing, events, and brand strategy, Malvika brings a client- centric mindset to every project, ensuring that spaces are designed and executed to support both experience and business outcomes. Her background in developing and growing brands allows her to translate abstract brand values into clear spatial requirements and measurable project goals.
Before joining ACE Fitouts, Malvika worked across the marketing and events sector, partnering with brands to create engaging physical experiences, campaigns, and environments that strengthened positioning and audience connection. This exposure to both creative and operational sides of delivery helps her align project teams, timelines, and expectations with client needs.
Malvika holds a degree in Business Management with a focus on business strategy and brand growth, giving her a solid foundation in commercial decision-making, go-to-market thinking, and long-term value creation.
